Booking Modifications Policy: - Any/all modifications to do with activities must be made 1 week prior to arrival. - Any changes after this will be processed by third parties policies. - Any/all modifications to do with group numbers must be made the Monday before arrival.
Booking Cancellation Policy: - If a group booking is fully cancelled more than 30 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. - If a group booking is fully cancelled less than 30 days and more than 2 weeks before the arrival date, 50% of the first night will be charged. - If a group booking is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the date of the arrival, 100% of the package will be charged. Cancellation policy only applies to full cancellations of reservations and not amendments.
Deposits/Credit Cards: - This will be discussed prior to booking and varies with each third party policies. - The Organiser of the group booking is the individual that the third parties will liaise with and will be the person held accountable for the behaviour of the group as a whole. - Any discrepancies with payments (ex. accommodation/activities ) will be processed from the Organisers card. If the Hotel has to discount any guest that have been disturbed by any members of your group, the amount discounted will be charged to the Organiser's card.
